WELCOME
"Amici" is the Italian word for friend, friendship, and all that is connected to a friendly association. So, therefore, we are friends of the Italian language and all that is connected with the Italian language, culture, and lifestyle. We are dedicated to enriching our Italian heritage and sharing that lifestyle with all. We share language, music, food, fashion, and many other rich traditions of our heritage through dinner meetings, language classes, cultural events, and scholarships to benefit the Italian Community of the Delaware Valley.

“Amici” con significato di amicizia, è tutto ciò che è amichevole. Quindi siamo amici della lingua italiana e di tutto ciò che è connesso con la lingua, la cultura e lo stile di vita italiana. Siamo impegnati ad arricchire il nostro patrimonio italiano ed a condividere questo stile di vita con tutti. Condividiamo lingua, musica, cibo e molte altre ricche tradizioni del nostro patrimonio con cene, corsi di lingua e borse di studio, a beneficio della comunità italiana del Delaware Valley.

ITALIAN LANGUAGE CLASSES
Amici Della Lingua Italiana is proud to offer Italian language classes for individuals interested in the Italian language and Italian heritage. Our classes are about more than just language! They are enriched and enhanced with information about the lifestyle, traditions, and customs of the Old Country, and are taught by instructors who were born in Italy and bring firsthand knowledge of Italian culture. Our yearly curriculum also includes two Italian cooking classes.
We have also added a 10-week Basic Conversation class for travel. It is scheduled in the Spring and Fall.

Amici Vive La France! September 13-23, 2026. Join Amici for an unforgettable journey through France, from the Champagne houses of Reims to the royal châteaux and wine caves of the Loire Valley. Annual membership fees are $25.00 for a single person, $40.00 per couple, and $10 for students 18 and under. If you are taking a language lesson, the fee for a year of lessons includes a one-year membership to the club.
